Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their job postings. Blide reserves the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines.
4. Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee employment. Blide facilitates connections but is not party to employment agreements.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not post fraudulent listings, harass others, scrape data, or use the platform for illegal purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Blide is provided "as is." We are not liable for hiring decisions, lost data, or service interruptions beyond our control.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
